DMCA

TheDubaiVacancy.org respects the copyrights of others and takes any claims of copyright violations seriously. This DMCA page explains how copyright holders can submit removal requests if they believe their work has been used on our website without permission.

What Is the DMCA?

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a U.S. law that provides a process for copyright owners to request the removal of content that infringes on their rights. While we are based in the UAE, we follow this process to protect original work and stay compliant with international standards.

How to File a DMCA Complaint

If you are the copyright owner or are legally allowed to act on behalf of one, and you believe content on TheDubaiVacancy.org uses your copyrighted material without permission, you can send us a takedown request. The complaint must include all required details listed below. Incomplete requests may be ignored.

What to Include in Your DMCA Notice

Please send us a written notice that includes the following:

  • Your full name and contact details, including email address
  • A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been used
  • The exact URL(s) on TheDubaiVacancy.org where the material appears
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not allowed by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is correct and that you are the copyright owner or are allowed to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Where to Send the Complaint

You can submit your DMCA request through our official email us at contact@thedubaivacancy.org with the subject line “DMCA Complaint”. We aim to review all valid requests within 48 to 72 hours.

What Happens After You File

If your request is valid and includes all required details, we may take down the content temporarily or permanently. In some cases, we may also contact the person who posted the content to give them a chance to respond. If there’s a disagreement, we may ask both parties for more information or legal documents before taking further action.

Repeat Infringers

If someone repeatedly posts copyrighted material without permission, we may remove or block their access to the website. We reserve the right to take action without warning if we believe the person is breaking copyright rules on purpose.

Counter Notice

If your content was removed by mistake or because of a false DMCA claim, you can send us a counter notice. This must include your full contact info, the URL that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was wrongly removed, and your agreement to accept legal notice if the original claimant takes the case to court.
